Shipping & Delivery
Agent Royale ships merchandise to locations within Canada and the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Agent Royale is not responsible for any shipping or Customs delays.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. All orders are shipped within 2 weeks.
International
All products are in Canadian Currency. All orders are shipped within 2 weeks. Made to Order items will be shipped within two weeks of order.
Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Agent Royale is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices. Agent Royale is not responsible for any shipping or Customs delays.
Please keep in mind that shipping to international locations may take 4 – 12 weeks to arrive at its destination provided there are no delays at customs or with the shipping company. No tracking number will be available with standard shipping.
Sales Tax
Agent Royale charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable Provincial and Federal sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped. No sales tax will be applied to any US orders.
Return Policy
You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options).
Please review all purchases prior to checking out. Review size, measurements prior to purchase. Feel free to contact us for further inquiries regarding products.
No refunds or exchanges on Made to Order items, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 14 days of your purchase. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. Products must be in its original unused condition to be returned . All tags must be attached. All returns are subject to an inspection by Agent Royale. A refund will be issued if the item is deemed acceptable. A $10 restocking fee may apply for misordered items. If the item is not acceptable therefore not re-saleable then the item will be shipped back to you. Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded for returned merchandise. We would only refund shipping charges if we sent the wrong item, or the item was defective. We do not accept returns on products not purchased from this website.
