Help Bring Tuesday Home. Tuesdays Army tee by Agent Royale with proceeds going to Marina’s medical expenses.
Marina “Tuesday Cross” Cardenas was born in Texas. She moved to Los Angeles at 17 and renamed herself Tuesday Cross as an homage to actress Tuesday Weld. Tuesday is an accomplished artist and bass player. Tuesday has played bass for the all-girl rock group Tight, the metal band Hear Kitty Kitty, and with Eagles of Death Metal alongside her fiancee Jesse Hughes. Her radio show “Envy the Dead” has garnered a cult following. She has appeared in the VICE documentary ”Redemption of the Devil” and co-starred in the film “Gutterdammerung” along side Jesse Hughes, Iggy Pop, and Henry Rollins. Besides painting in acrylic, Tuesday is also a well-respected graffiti artist. You can find her tag “Tues” all across Los Angeles.
On January 17th, 2022 Tuesday Cross was rushed to hospital after collapsing in her kitchen. The hospital initially dismissed Tuesday. Her friends and family were told she’d never breathe again on her own, but her fiancée Jesse Hughes never gave up on her and has been fighting continuously for her.
After 9 months of fighting day and night for Tuesday, she was finally moved to a rehabilitation clinic where she can receive proper treatment. Since moving to the new clinic, Tuesday has made great strides. While Tuesday still has a long road of recovery ahead of her, there is no doubt that she will continue to progress until she makes a full recovery.
The money raised through GoFundMe has gone and continues to go to her medical expenses. We are all very grateful to everyone who has donated.
